Best Antivirus soltuion?

I was using McAfee for quite a while... but I did not like what it did to my
workstation... it always felt "sluggish"

Before that, I was using Norton Antivirus... which I really did not like
either...

Are these the solutions I should be using??? or is there something
else/better out there that I should be using???
