It resembles the MSN Messenger Alert Window. It pops up from the tray with a
message. TMS Alert Window allows you to use their 'mini html' to create the
message. Check it out here: www.tmssoftware.com. I was wondering if there
are others out there that does the same thing. Out of curiosity.
