[ANN] Youseful Patching beta (for current customers only)

Youseful Software is pleased to announce a (limited)beta for current
customers only.

The beta will proceed in 2 phases.

 phase 1) a command line version

phase 2) a Gui Version

While the patcher will be part of some version of VCL install 7 , it may be
a seperate product.
In any case, All beta participants will have a licensed copy.
