Nope, they are definitely there and working - as is evidenced by a
newly posted (16 July) grid package update containing a few minor
fixes they have obvioulsy been working on over the last week or so. I
have also had a prompt response to a problem I reported (which problem
incidentally was addressed in the aforementioned fixes).
 However, there does seem to be something wrong with their site in
that when I requested a download I got a message saying that the site
was down - followed shortly after by successful receipt of *2* copies
of the requested download.
