Just got a new email from NCTSoft telling me that I can buy "one more"
license for version 2.4 whose CD grabber DLL works under Delphi.

So in case you were considering using their DLLs, the CD grabber DLL of
version 2.5 isn't tested under Delphi and currently they are not able to
make it work.
