Here is a answers:

1) Yes, I have demo application, you can find one on:
http://www.bergsoftware.net/downloads/dbgridview_demo.zip
This demo is from previous version. If you like I will send you newest
version via email, before I update it on site today.

2) Yes, you will get ALL future updates for free, even and major updates.
Also you will get some new components from components collection package in
future (small usefull components) for free.

3) You probably think about Inplace Editors. Yes they can be used as
stand-alone editors. GridView, PropertiesView and DBGridView share them as
inplace editors, and you can place them on form as normal control. There is
a Date-Picker, Color-Picker, Combo Box, Spin-Editor, Button Editor. All of
them fully support WinXP themes.
