[Custom Resource Builder] Now it downloads properly

Hi Peers,

All those of you who were so anxious to test my new inutility,
( nobody, I know <g> ), I can finally say it works properly.

Custom Resource Builder is a program that helps Delphi
programmers to collect all the custom resources to be
used by an application( sounds, data files, whatever ) and
compile them right into an EXE file.

If you want a detailed description, just look for the original
post dated around a week ago.

The binary application( comes without sources ) is free to use,
needless to say that any donation is highly welcome :-)
