What were the crashes, what exactly happened? Like I said before, I had only
one bug report from you so I'm unaware of any other problems you
experienced. If the product were that buggy no one would be able to use it
and we'd have people complaining all the time (and we don't). I suspect the
problems you are experiencing are environment related, but without more
information from you there is nothing I can do to help.

I searched my email archives and the only communications I've had from
Innovative Integration was two orders at separate times. I would love to
know what the problems are they are experiencing.
We offer free email and newsgroup support, if people choose not to use it
then we can't help them.
