Hi Stephen,

Being in Australia I cetainly don't expect a response in a couple of hours.
A couple of days is the norm, however, if I have a followup question on the
same issue I find they answer quickly. As mentioned the responses are
usually very thorough. There is certainly faster support around, although I
wont mention names, due to the speed the responses often dont answer the
questions I ask and it ends up taking alot longer to resolve. In light of
the number of customers Express must have, I don't think it is viable to
expect responses much quicker than that. Overall I'm very hapy with their
support, and with all due respect to the express newsgroupers, find that
asking Express instead generally gets me a better answer.
