Fly-out panel component

What do you really call a fly-out panel that Outlook or other
Office products use such as when multiple items are copied
to the Clipboard? Or like Visual Studio where the Object/File
Inspector is shown. I am in need of such a fly-out panel.
Anyone knows of a good one and supports XP themes?
