Component or API to hide application from taskbar

What can I use in my form to hide the application from the taskbar
when it is restored and not minimized? I have an application that is
running as a service that has desktop interactive mode, but when
it shows up, it shows the actual .exe filename on the taskbar
instead of my application caption.

I appreciate any help you can offer.
