Unknown Compnoents: TsaSQLini, TsaBarCode

Hey all, I'm assuming these components come from the same vendor, however
I cannot find any reference whatsoever to them anywhere on the net:

        TsaSQLini (from 'saSQLini.pas')
        TsaBarCode (from 'saBarCode.pas')

We found a component called TAsBarCode but this was unfortunately not the
component we needed.

Any help on what/where these components may be/come from would be greatly
appreciated...
