OT: CRM preference

Hi,

Has anyone out there a preference for CRM packages? What we are looking for
is something that works well for multi-user, allows you to attach emails
from Outlook to prospect records (and let all users view the email), and
allows meetings etc to flow through to Exchange (Outlook) or Sharepoint
calendars. We have had a look at ACT, Goldmine, Maximizer. None seem to
grab my undivided love for their capabilities.
