Actually, RegKeeper able to detect the price directly from order source and
this could be dynamic price as well. For example, when someone orders 10
clients and you get the $100 as order value, RegKeeper will recognize that
you've sold 10 items of product with price $10, when other orders 20 clients
for $300 - RegKeeper will detect that the order contains 20 items with $15
price each and show this correctly in orders table, having at the same time
some base price for product.

This is rather SPAM filter issue than RegKeeper in case valid server
settings were used, because RegKeeper is used by many companies now in 100%
automatic mode and it sends a lots of emails per day without any problem.
