Hello Peers,

Here it is something new for the community.

This time it's design patterns oriented stuff. I'm at the very beginning
with this( and a lot other things ), if I made any mistake please let me
know.

It contains two units to base for 2 different patterns:

Decorator and Strategy.

I might have done them interface oriented, but since it's derivative
work from something I'm working on( commercial ), I just shared
them as available.
