-Updated to DBISAM 4.14
-Added Export to SQL
-Added support for '-' in char array to support (###-####)
-Added support for Float Range
-Added additional try/except handlers
-Updated errors on append/post to report to Error Report and not halted with
messagedlg
-Added try/except handler to GenerateRecord function
-Added support for Random or Incremental integers (Integer Mode)
