Does anyone know or have any idea how to communicate with PinPad devices?
I'm in the middle of writing a POS system that will be accepting credit
cards and debit cards. We are integrating with the PC Charge Payment Server
from GO Software. So far we have the credit card part of things working
very well but the PinPad aspect of debit card processing is holding things
up. Go Software provides an OCX called DEVICE.OCX that is to be used for
    interfacing with VeriFone 101/1000 & 2000 series and Ingenico eN-Crypt 2100
pinpad devices. I have imported the typelib for the OCX and have attempted
to make it work but I keep getting an AV in MSVBVM60.DLL. I've contacted Go
Software and they have informed me that that OCX does not work under Delphi.
    Just my luck.

I have also found the OPOS OCX suite of ActiveX components but have yet been
able to make them work correctly.

Does anyone have any experience with this that can shed some light on it.

    Thanks
