Did you have a look at the Scalabium SMInternet suite? As of v1.50 (I'm
using v1.40) It contains the TSMWeatherInfo component mentioned by Mike S in
the previous post. If I read the website correctly, you feed it a zip code
and it gives the temperature info from weather.com. For $35 including source
you also get TSMInfoExtractor which will let you parse the HTML. You also
get a couple of routines for automatic updates, a news 'pusher' and a whizzy
component that talks to UPS so your users can plan their route, send
themselves a postcard and see where the postcard is within the UPS delivery
system. ;-))

I think some of that's exactly what you want - or did I miss something?
