Does anybody know what is happening with DevExpress?

I have delt with DevExpress before and there service was excellent, so I can
only assume that something must be wrong.

We have purchased subscription from them 13 days ago and apart from the
Invoice I have not received anything.
I have sent mail to clientservices, support, sales and info and still, there
is no response.

Does anyone know what is happening?
