<major rant>
Am I the only developer that feels that DevExpress, the PREMIER component
vendor for Delphi has wasted their time and money supporting VCL.NET? I
mean, they have superb .NET products; why does Quantum Grid 5 and other
libraries have to support VCL.NET? Even the latest Delphi incarnations can
use their EXISTING products.
Are there really folks out there that want to convert their Win32 products
directly to .NET with little source changes? Every developer I have talked
to (OK, only 4) have stated that when they do a .NET product it will not be
VCL.NET.
I could only imagine what this vendor could give us if they were not chasing
VCL.NET and Kylix. (yep, I said it)
I know they have better marketing sense that I do concerning their products,
but what has really happened to the bottom line at DevExpress due to these
decisions?

(very happy owner of many DevEx Win32 licenses, and a .NET subscription -
but always hungry for more)
