I need Library or advice to do it

I have several pdf files and I want to convert its to delphi form (*.dfm) I
was trying with pdftoolkit from(www.gnostice.com ) and ised QuickPdf good
librarys but I can't get to read all elements into the pdf files, I get
error ..ect, I need some idea maybe is better to convert the pdf file to
other format and parser it ( I was trying with htm, rtf convert but is
difficult to parser the files genereted) please some advice.

I need to create an dfm form and .pas files from an form with components
created in run time is there some library that do it, how I can do it?
