Web-Like interface?

hey guys,

Our application shell look a bit like a web app (white background, some
gradients etc.).
Now using the standard components would make an ugly look, are there any
"special" comps out there allowing to do what I want? Yeah I know devex and
we use their products but the comps still look to window'ish...
