Delphi / C#Builder Setting Manager is a freeware to create and to
maintain Delphi 2005 custom settings, based on Corbin Dunn's article
http://blogs.borland.com/Corbindunn/archive/2004/09/29/1483.aspx.

Delphi / C# Bulider Setting Manager version 1.0 is released, available
in binary only package and source only package. In each package you
will also find three .reg files to create D2005 with only one
personality.
