web updates that work with binary patches?

Anybody have information about which of the common web update tools for
Delphi support updates in form of binary patches. (E.g., patches made with
something like Clickteam Patchmaker:
http://www.clickteam.com/English/patch_maker.htm .)

I'm thinking of the tools like

TWebUpdate: http://www.tmssoftware.com
IncUpdate: http://www.sunisoft.com
AppUpgraderPro: http://www.appcontrols.com

etc.

TWebUpdate says it supports Asta's Binary Patcher, but I'm not sure why I'd
want Asta's product whehn Patchmaker seems to do the same thing for a
fraction of the price. But I'm wondering if it supports one binary patcher
whether it would automatically support another.

I'll probably end up contacting the software manufacturers themselves. But
I wanted to check if anyone has experience using these (or similar updating
tools) with binary patches. Or whether you know for certain that some tool
or other does not support updates via binary patches.

Thanks,

Herbert Sitz
