Looking for a component or IDE add-in

Hi. Looking for a component or IDE add-in that will add more colors to the
default palette when choosing from a design inspector. I remember installing
AppControls once and it added a bunch of colors, but I really don't need the
whole library for just a color picker.

Would be a bonus if it had a "custom" option so I can create the color I want
graphically on a color chart. If this is not an option, how do I add addtional
colors that I define myself to the IDE?
