We're happy to announce a new release of Remote Asistant(v.1.2).
It is immediately available for download at:

This release adds new features to Remote Host application,
allowing you to tune its look&feel, provide custom/localized
messages, specify your application icon and company logo and
provide Port aliases. See readme.txt file included with
Remote Assistant software for more details on how to
customize look&fell of RemoteHost and how to invoke it from
your application.

This version is free for all registered customers.

Returning customers of Context Software as always will receive
special price! You need to be logged into "My Account" section
in order to see this promotion.

Remote Assistant Software is designed to help you in providing
your customers with better help & support over the Internet or
LAN. Remote Assistant runs on background in your system tray
minimized. When a remote user (customer) requests assistance
using free Remote Host software Remote Assistant will notify you
by displaying a message box. You will then be able to
chat with a remote user, capture remote computer's screen,
manipulate with the mouse and keyboard and tranfer files
and clipboard content to and from the remote computer.
