HIS_IM V2.0 is an instant messenger Automation Object that you could plug
into your existing application in minutes.
HIS_IM Lite
- Up to 5 concurrent users
- Server cannot be run as a windows Service
- No data compression
- No data encryption
HIS_IM Pro
- Unlimited Number of concurrent users
- Server will run as a stand alone application or as a windows service
- Highly optimized data compression
- BETA: data encryption
FREE TRIAL
Limitations:
- The trial version will work only for 15 minutes at a time. After 15
minutes the IM server will log off all signed on clients -
- Max of 5 concurrent clients
- Cannot be installed as a service
Features
- Add HIS_IM to your current software - Plug and Play Automation Object is
compatible with any language that supports OLE automation by simply adding a
few lines of code (i.e.: Delphi, VBA, VB, C#)
- Use as a stand-alone application that utilizes your internal network
- User's Online status (Available, Busy, Idle)
- Users Online by Location - displays number of users online at that
location
- Multi-tab user interface - Multiple conversations at the same time within
one window.
- Chat windows show when the other party is typing or not
- Chat window allows recording of conversations to an auto-generated RTF
file (you can read the file by using MS WORD or WordPad)
- Broadcast message window - allows user to broadcast a message to all
online users. Users will heard a sound and see a "roll up" Messenger like
windows with broadcast message.
- Send a local file to the other party
- Modify and remember font name, style, size and color
- SOS - will send a 'help' message to all online users at the originating
user's location (by not to the originating user)

Uses as Tech Support Tool
- Takes picture of any window including your entire desktop and sends it to
the other party automatically (great for remote tech support)
- Automatically open and establish a 'remote control' session (requires VNC
at remote party)
- Send PC Stats to remote party
- Send Task List to remote party
- Determine local IP and the IP of the remote party
- Wake up feature - alert other party's attention by playing a buzzer sound
Newest Feature
(BETA): Video broadcast - allows user to turn the other user camera / great
to monitor remote offices (i.e.: a front desk)
