I am using it in my multi-user application right now but I won't have any
official testing results until the end of summer. I am going to use it for a
low-end version of my product (< 10 users) while using NexusDB for the
larger sites.

If you want my PERSONAL advice, I would recommend using NexusDB
(www.NexusDB.com).
