Far enough ...
Here are my some of my questions.
Why are you only able to respond to email concerning new sales. I asked
about
GoUpdater, and your response was very quick. All of my support questions
seemed to be filtered out, or never received.
Why when on IM, you can say answer to hello, but when I ask you a support
question,
there is no reply, then you go offline.
Why are you offline for days at a time if this is your preferred method of
support?
Why when you send private updates on IM (2.15 and 2.16) , they do not work
and when I ask
why, you go offline.
Why can you answer questions about new products, but you cannot provide
any valid answers about the status of IceLicense and when the next real
version will be released.
Why do you not have a better form of communication, as many other users seem
to be having
the same issue with IONWORX. Perhaps a Newsgroup or Public Forum? Then we
call all dismiss
this overwhelming problem of lost support questions from those pesky spam
filters.
What is the status of the next public release of ICE that will support
Command Line _and_ will
actually work. Current problem: After ICE is run on EXE, EXE reports as
being modified on run.
(again using 2.15 or 2.16). Using 2.09 works fine, but there is no command
line. We use FinalBuilder
and this would be a great feature, as I always have to stop our script to
interact w/ ICE to continue.
You mentioned to a fellow developer that you could not update ICE due to a
website issue,
yet you have released updates to several other products.
I have more, but why be silly.
Scott.
