Yes there is currently an issue with Firefox and trying to scroll with the
mouse wheel. You should be able to scroll with the side bar? Can you
confirm?

My apologies, I will have to go back and check that.
Portal's are websites, either internal sites (Intranet) or customer facing.
A portal is like a window, its something your customers can look into to see
your products and services. You can use Portal Builder to create your own
portal, or website.

No not exactly. You design all the pages, attach it to a database, whatever
the need requires. Its almost exactly like writing a desktop application.
When you are ready to deploy, you upload the dll and your images and any
other files you wish to your ISAPI server.

Yes it does, www.mediamerchant.net is an e-commerce website. It has a
shopping basket and has interfaces to WorldPay and PayPal.
