Graphics 32 in D2005 PE

I have recently installed D2005 PE (French version), no trouble.
I have tried to install the Graphics 32 lib, ver. 1.7.1 (see sourceforge) :
G32 installs
G 32 D2005 DSGN does not install. Compiler halts on "use designide", with the message "could not find required package xmlrtl".

Since such package is present in D7 Architect, I suspect its absence is related to the fact that I only got D2005 PE. Maybe Graphics32 is only compatible with D2005 pro or upper.

Am I right ?

Have a nice day
