Well known... to the knowledgeable ! I had not even considered migrating to D2005 up to now, so pardon my ignorance & my being conservative.

No worries, but this has already been discussed here before and I assumed you were a regular here. Note that Borland seems to be aware of the situation and may deal with it.

BTW it looks a bit suspicious to provide a batch file to rename another one... but it seems to contain only a harmless command. 

You don't have to use it if you don't want to ;-)
