changing domains you propably change the user name you login as well.
Try to copy the <.Borland> folder from
c:\Documents & Settings\<UserName>
to
C:\Documents & Settings\<NewDomain.UserName>
And see what happens.
You coold also reRegister your copy of Delphi when loged in in the new
domain.
