Information is sent by adding log statements to your source code. Examples of how this looks like can be found throughout our entire website, especially in the tutorial ( http://www.gurock.com/products/smartinspect/tutorial/ ) and in the article section ( http://www.gurock.com/articles/ ). For more details, I recommend to download the installation file and to have a look at the provided samples or the manual.
