ANN: Delphi Help Expert

The next Delphi Help Expert 2.2 version has been released. In this version,
the errors detected earlier are corrected. Also, there are minor changes in
the project setup. Besides, the stand-alone version of the project has
become available. It allows you not only to edit the projects created in
Delphi but also create the new ones.
