Not exactly, my customers currently build an ISAPI dll which they run and
debug using Local IIS or wwwServer.exe from Kim Madsen as the host
application. For more information and the current alpha release take a look
at www.transportalservices.com. I will be releasing Portal Builder 1.0 Alpha
1.1 later today.
