SMS component?

Hi,

Does anybody know a component to send SMS through a cell phone connected to
the serial port? Oxygen's Software component would be an option but i've
been reading really bad reviewsin their forum. Does anybody know any
alternative component? (Delphi 7 and Nokia cell phone).
