Curious Question - Prices

I am curious what kind of prices others are willing to pay for products and
components.
Mine ranges depending on my need for the tool or component and the quality of
it. I had no problem spending $180 for Enterprise Architect
(http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/) and thought is was a great product and very
affordable for what it gives. AQTime is about $600
(http://www.automatedqa.com/products/aqtime/orderaqtime.asp) and that is way out
of what I am willing to spend. I would spend $150 for this tool, possibly $300
but I would have to really think about it. Also databases are too expensive for
me. I continue to use MS Access for a database (My projects do not require a
huge database) Nexus DB is about $900
(http://www.nexusdb.com/showpage.asp?Id=89), Considering the availability of MS
Access and the seemingly good C/S, high speed, and other features of NexusDB I
would spend about $125 for this product and it would have to include the ADO
driver as well. Borland Delphi is $999, I am willing to pay that for it and
think that's a great price for such an essential tool.
Those are my thoughts, I am curious what yours are.
