ANN: Portal Builder 1.0 Alpha 1.3 released

Transportal Services is pleased to announce the release of the third public
alpha version of Portal Builder, a new web development component suite for
Delphi. To download this release please visit
http://www.transportalservices.com and select Products and then Downloads.
Please read the the readme.txt file contained within the zip file for
installation instructions.

Latest Changes
This version includes better support for older browsers AND mobile browsers!
There are still a number of issues, but the Transportal Services website can
now be viewed on Symbian 80 devices such as the Nokia 9500 and 9300, as well
as a number of Windows CE devices.

Also, the component details page has been updated, but there are more
updates to come so stay tuned!
