Hmm, I don't see the post there. But Outlook Express occasionally deletes
things from view, so maybe it was there and now I don't see it.

I suggest you try again. They have recruited additional staff for support,
so maybe this will help. If you have no luck, I will try to follow it up for
you by email.

Did you get a reply? ie, are you sure they have received your email?

Well, I suggest we start with the above.

If you can post your question within the next 12 hours on the DA ng (feel
