Windows has a file search function built in.

It's also a good idea to learn how to use search engines. Google returned plenty of links like http://www.insideoutlookexpress.com/problems/bugs.htm

Since this is a Delphi related newsgroup, and some people here, including me, are no Outlook experts, the only help I can give you is: use Thunderbird, I've never had any problems with it.
