chart control without web server license

Hi guys,
I'm thinking of adding some charting ability to an ISAPI DLL i'm developing
and although I would prefer to use what I already know (TChart), it requires
a web server license.
Anyone know of a nice delphi based chart control that doesn't require a web
server license?
