There are two reasons to favour 2.7h:

(1) If you don't have a v3 license.

(2) Or if you want to go extra safe. Since 2.7h is just
a bugfix release over the already quite stable 2.7g,
it should really be a very stable release. Version 3.0
is brand new and so might contain some new bugs (already
it does contain new bugs, I already got some reports in).
Generally v3 seems to work fine, though, at least my beta
testers all told me it's ready for release.
