The error was in linking process. The message was:
[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Could not open E:\ZICLOPE\ZWeb\ZGestion.exe (program still running?) 


Probably. Can you rename the executable from windows?
If not then either the program is still running or
an other proccess is keeping it locked.
