Re: Report Writer to Replace Fast-Report 3?

While FR 3 is a very good product, their support is getting to the point
where it SUCKS!

Several of my clients are cutting me some slack because my main office is
out of New Orleans, but several others have demanded that I change Report
Writers or do more quality testing BEFORE I release a product based on a new
version of Fast Report (I haven't had this problem with DevExpress or any
other component set I use).

While I agree that I should have tested more, I got sloppy because of the
problems we are having in our New Orleans office (it isn't there any more).

I still can't believe that the FR group doesn't monitor their own support
forums on a timely basis. I have started recommending against the use of FR3
because of the inconsistency between versions. Every version of 3.x breaks
something else.
