Usualy, when a click is made from some site in a Browser, the site to which
the link leads will get the other site's request line as the "refferer"
parameter inside your HTTP Request's header info. You can use this info to
recognize the affiliate. To make sure that clicks are made from different
clients (and not forged by using a robot) you can also check the IP address
of the connecting client.
