Sql Server have a feature called "Text Indexs" and is the "poor man" solution to this. The plus is that is available under MS Sql Server but not expect much of it.

Other solution, most close to your desire is Rubicon (http://www.tamaracka.com/) and I think is good...

I'm building a search engine library (see below) but is not for production yet :(
