My upload was a legal action. This is a delphi third party tool and me and
other that own a copy of the OpenSourced version 1.6 are entitled to
ditribute it. Read the licence agreement of RTC 1.6 OpenSource and if you
find something that is against that fact I will apologize.

Can you explain why my upload was deleted ?
