Hi Alexei,

I think it is important to give developers a chance to see what they are
ordering, before placing the order. You can avoid having to refund orders,
if you give an option to your customers to evaluate source code (sending you
an E-Mail with their details). It would also be good to clearly mark the
place where orders can be placed and display the price on the same page
where you have the "Order" link.

I don't think you can obligate someone to do something. But, I think it's
better to have a small number of happy customers than a large number of
unhappy customers.

Sure, you would be giving your source code out "for free" if someone asks
you to evaluate it. And not everyone who requests the source code for
evaluation will be ordering your product. But, those who do place the order,
will do it because they feel that you deserve to be paid for your work and
want to support your work, expecting your support in return.
