Alexei, it is completely up to you to decide what you want to do with your
product and how you want to give evaluation versions out. But, posting a
thread like this creates a very bad image for you as software vendor and
shows you in a very unprofessional manner. The only other advice I can give
you is to deal with your customers in private. Drawing things like that to
public attention only hurts your reputation in the eyes of your potential
customers. Not only because you are struggling against giving a refund, but
also because you have posted a full name of one of your unsattisfied
customers.
